StudyPrints is an AI study companion built exclusively to support learning and exam preparation for students sitting the G.C.E. Ordinary Level (O/L) examinations. It is intended to help you understand concepts, review subject material, and practice answering questions.

StudyPrints is not intended to facilitate cheating, including use during actual examinations or unauthorized assistance during school assessments. You are responsible for using StudyPrints in a manner consistent with your school's academic integrity policies.

2. AI Accuracy Disclaimer

StudyPrints is powered by automated artificial intelligence models. We do not guarantee that all responses will be 100% accurate, complete, or up to date. AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors or outdated information. Students must always cross-check important facts, formulas, and answers with their official school textbooks and teachers before relying on them for exams or assessments.

3. User Conduct

By using StudyPrints, you agree to interact with the platform and its AI system respectfully and to use it only for lawful, educational purposes.

You agree not to:

Spam the platform with excessive, repetitive, or abusive messages intended to disrupt the service.
Attempt to "jailbreak," manipulate, or bypass the AI's intended safety guidelines or operating instructions.
Use StudyPrints to generate harmful, offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform, its data, or other users' accounts.
Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person while using the service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these conduct guidelines.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Intellectual Property

All StudyPrints branding, platform design, and underlying software are the property of StudyPrints and its developers. You retain ownership of the questions and prompts you submit, but grant StudyPrints a limited license to process this content to generate responses and improve the service.

6. Service Availability

We aim to keep StudyPrints available and functioning smoothly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StudyPrints and its developers shall not be held liable for any academic outcomes, examination results, or damages arising from reliance on AI-generated content. StudyPrints is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to StudyPrints at our discretion, particularly in cases of violation of these Terms or misuse of the platform.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of StudyPrints after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
